Founding partner of Adama firm. Dror holds a BSc in geology from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a certificate in environmental engineering from the Technion.
With extensive experience in a diversified range of environmental activities, Dror has more than 30 years of experience in environmental planning and engineering. Dror served as the environmental consultant to the National Infrastructure Committee; and the environmental consultant to the Ministry of the Interior’s Planning Bureaus of Jerusalem and the Southern District between 2003 and 2008.
Dror has been involved in environmental planning from the national level, as a member of the planning teams of several national outline plans (e.g. National Outline Plan #35) all the way to the local level – as a member of the planning teams of numerous comprehensive outline plans for individual settlements and detailed town planning projects.
Yael graduated from the Tel-Aviv University with an MBA in business administration with a health system and project management major.
Yael possesses more than 20 years’ experience in environmental projects, urban planning and project management.
Responsibilities at AdaMa include evaluation of environmental externalities; management of environmental teams; writing and editing of Environmental Impact Assessments, environmental supplements, and expert opinions; environmental monitoring of projects; and quality control of assessments.

Head of the Environmental Planning Activity. Dr. Alon received in PhD in geography from the Bar-Ilan University.
Responsibilities at AdaMa include writing and editing of Environmental Impact Assessments; landscape-environmental supplements; environmental supplements; construction waste and excess earth supplements; environmental expert opinions; environmental monitoring for the relocating of potable water drill sites; environmental feasibility studies for various projects; writing of environmental papers for construction permits and environmental monitoring.
Environmental consultant. Graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with an MA in geography and urban and regional planning. He holds a BSc in environmental sciences from the Hadassah Academic College of Jerusalem.
Yaron has extensive experience preparing applications for emission permits, environmental papers, and projects involving hazardous materials and contaminated soils.
Responsibilities at AdaMa include preparation and editing of Environmental Impact Assessments, expert opinions, and provides environmental support.
Head of GIS department. Naftali graduated from the Bar-Ilan University with a BA in geography.
Naftali possesses extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems and other data systems.
Responsibilities include providing spatial information to other team members and for the numerous projects referred to him. Naftali is in charge of the spatial layout of data used as background for initiatives and projects, including various statutory layers; military fire zones; archaeology; contaminated soils; air quality; sewage and effluents; waste of various types, and natural values.
Director of Geology department. M.Sc. graduate from the Department of Marine Geoscience in Haifa University (research in collaboration with the Geological Survey of Israel) & B.Sc. graduate from the Department of Geology and Environmental Science in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Omer Has experience in project management in the fields of sites characterization and remediation of contaminated soils, soil gases, historical surveys, and geological supervision of drillings.
As part of his work in the firm, Omer investigates, writes, and edits reports and surveys on contaminated soils, geology and hydrogeology, waste sites, and seismic and geological hazards.
Ecologist and geologist. Graduated from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, with B.Sc and M.Sc in Life Sciences (specialty in ecology) and B.Sc in Geological and Environmental Sciences. Hold a teaching certificate, Bird Ringing license (Class C) and experience in birding. Adi has previous experience as a teaching assistant at Ben-Gurion University and as a youth counselor.
Responsibilities at AdaMa include writing and editing environmental impact assessments, ecological supplements, urban nature and natural habitats surveys, and geological reports.
Environmental Consultant. Bracha received a PhD in environmental biology from University of Haifa, an MSc in ecology from University of California Riverside, and a BA in environmental studies from Wellesley College. Her previous work focused on green roof ecology and ecological effects of pesticides.

Environmental consultant Hila has a master’s degree (MA) in environmental policy and regulation from Bar Ilan University and a bachelor’s degree (B.S) in environmental sciences from Achva College.
Has experience in the field of municipal waste, and has been involved in environmental education in recent years as an education coordinator and content developer.
As part of her work at the firm, Hila prepares and edits environmental impact reviews and environmental opinions and provides environmental support.
Environmental consultant Helena has a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in soil and water sciences in the environmental quality division, on behalf of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Helena has previous experience as a chemical laboratory analyst for monitoring infections using various methods, in the fields of water, air and soil.
As part of her work at the firm, Helena is engaged in investigating soil and water polutions, writing and editing environmental impact reviews, reports and surveys on the topics of contaminated soils, geology and hydro-geology, waste coastal cliff protection and seismic and geological risks.
Environmental Consultant, Graduated from the Department of Soil and Water Sciences of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with MSc in environmental protection and natural resources in agriculture.
Responsibilities at AdaMa include writing and editing Environmental Impact Assessments, environmental supplements, and expert opinions, emission permits for energy industries, and provides environmental support.
Holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Technion -Israel Institute of Technology.
Senior process safety consultant, experienced in process safety and risk assessment, has extensive practical experience in performing process hazard analysis and risk assessment in chemical industry facilities.
Specialist in air quality, holds a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in chemical engineering from the University of Los Angeles, California, USA (UCLA). Deals with the issue of environmental quality and energy for over 30 years. Specializes in in performing air pollutant dispersion calculations using computer models, and in the last 10 years has carried out hundreds of projects based on running air pollutant dispersion models for a wide variety of clients in different sectors.
CEO of the “Zenover” company for strategic planning. Holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and history and a master’s degree in economics from the Hebrew University.
Expert in noise and vibrations. Has a Ph.D. from the Institute for Physics of Buildings (NIISF) in Moscow and a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in engineering from the Institute of Civil Engineering in Moscow.
Michael has over 30 years of experience, among his fields of activity, noise and vibration measurements, architectural acoustics, acoustics of buildings, noise and vibrations in factories and quarries, noise and vibrations in ships, acoustics of science-intensive industries, noise and vibrations from transportation systems – urban and interurban railways, roads and ports, environmental noise and vibrations from factories, design of quiet devices and machines, laboratory acoustic tests.
