Renewable energy: Dror consulted on small, medium, and large solar field projects in the Negev and Arava; wind turbine farm projects in the Golan Heights, the Galilee, and the Arava; the thermo-solar power station project in Ashalim.

Conventional energy: Dror consulted on National Outline Plan #37 – natural gas; Beer Tuvia natural gas power station; Ashkelon coal power station D; Mekorot Ashdod natural gas power station; as a consultant to the National Infrastructure Committee Dror inspected and led six natural gas power stations.

Dror served as team leader in complex marine projects; gas and oil drilling operations; marine agriculture projects in Mikhmoret and Ashdod. Dror provided environmental consulting to the Israel Ports Development and Assets Company – mainly on issues pertaining to the Port of Ashdod.

Dror led investigation teams for dozens of waste disposal sites, including Holon, Lon, Abu-Dis, Tayibe, Bareket, Retamim, Tel-Sheva, Haruvit, and more.

Previously, Dror served as partner with the Enosh Company; led numerous teams of environmental planners and scientists for various firms, including teams of over 20 specialists.

Dr. Almagor received his PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and possesses more than 50 years' experience.

Among Dr. Almagor’s activities are: geological and sedimentological studies of the Mediterranean seabed; seismic studies of the south-eastern part of the Mediterranean; slope stability and mechanisms of underwater soil drift; marine geology and geo-technology studies of the continental shelf and slope of Israel.

Dr. Almagor has worked with AdaMa since 2009. His responsibilities include preparing marine environmental impact surveys and writing of the geological and engineering chapters of papers on marine and oil drilling projects in the Israeli territorial waters.

Nir Maoz holds a MSc in natural sciences (ecology major) from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Be’er Sheva, Israel.

Eng. Yossi Bazis is a chemical engineer specializing in air quality. Yossi holds a MSc in chemical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

With over 30 years’ experience in environmental quality and energy, Yossi specializes in modeling the dispersion of air pollutants. In the past 10 years he has performed hundreds of projects where air contaminant dispersion models were run for the benefit of clients from different sectors.

Dr. Ilan Seter, a climatologist specializing in air quality, holds a PhD in theoretical physics from the Louis Pasteur University (ULP) of Strasbourg, France.

With over 35 years’ experience in air quality & meteorology, Ilan specializes in modeling the dispersion of air pollutants. To date, he has taken part in hundreds of projects where air contaminant dispersion models were run for various activities and sectors.
